Nationwide pharmacies

Has anyone had experience using pharmacies across the country when RVing full time?  I'm looking for a pharmacy chain that I can register my prescriptions with and pick them up at most any state we're in each month. Which chains have pharmacies in the most states and are easiest to deal with?  Walmart? Target? Walgreens?  Other?

Walgreens worked well for my wife Fran. She would do the prescription renewal through the Walgreens website and direct it to be filled at a store near wherever we were. She would get an email when the prescription was ready and we would go pick it up.

We have used ExpressScripts out of Phoenix for about ten or eleven years and before that we used Merck for our prescriptions. Both are mail order services and send our scripted meds wherever we are when we order meds and refills.

For short term scripts we use CVS Pharmacy and have had good luck with them for several years also. WalGreens we have used some but our insurance no longer authorized them so we don't go there.

Our third choice is WalMart, but we have not received as good a service from them as from CVS.

Happy RVing.

We use Wal-Mart.  All their pharmacies are connected by computer, so it's a simple matter of calling or going into one of their pharmacies with our old bottle and getting a refill.  If we're in a new location, we do allow a day.  We usually call the pharmacy, give them the information they need and also give them our telephone number...we receive a text message when the prescription is ready to pick up so there are no unnecessary trips.
